FBI Raids Home of Recognized Clinton Whistleblower

In what is being dubbed a case of “serious misconduct” and “outrageous disregard of the law,” the FBI raided the home of Department of Justice whistleblower and former FBI contractor Dennis Nathan Cain, who had previously privately transmitted Clinton Foundation-Uranium One documents to the Justice Department’s inspector general and congressional intelligence committees. Why? Because a federal magistrate out of Baltimore signed off on a writ to raid Cain’s home for more than six hours under the excuse of his alleged possession of stolen federal property despite Cain’s status as “a recognized protected whistleblower under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act.” Notably, the raid occurred the day before U.S. Attorney John Huber with the DOJ and FBI was called to testify about Clinton Foundation corruption before Congress, something that was supposed to have been thoroughly investigated by none other than Special Counsel Robert Mueller. So the obvious question is this: Is the DOJ being used by Obama cronies to silence a Hillary whistleblower?

The FBI is being accused of “serious misconduct” and “outrageous disregard of the law” after raiding the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower earlier this month, Richard Pollock of The Daily Caller News Foundation reported in a shocking exclusive Thursday night.

The raid happened after former FBI contractor Dennis Nathan Cain privately transmitted documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to the Justice Department’s inspector general and the Senate and House intelligence committees, according to his attorney.

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

Clintons Want America to be More Like Canada

The Clinton Dream Team is taking empty stadiums across our northern neighbor by whirlwind, bashing President Donald Trump and now in the latest new low arguing that America should be more like…Canada. “Canada has done such a good job of both managing its contemporary diversity, and it has a very interesting immigration system,” remarked Slick Willy. You know because Canada is such a dynamic player on the world stage. Then Queen Hillary took her turn extolling Canada’s virtues of “having one of the most dynamic economies for building the middle class of any place in the world,” but Canada ranks No. 10 in annual gross domestic product, and the U.S. is No. 1. Virtually all of Canada’s GDP depends on exports and trade with the US.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

To Bill and Hillary Clinton, Canada is just better than America.

At least when they’re in country making bank, anyway.

The former president and his wife, who was Secretary of State during Barack Obama’s administration, dropped in to Montreal on their second stop of their 13-city speaking tour across North America.

“Canada has done such a good job of both managing its contemporary diversity and it has a very interesting immigration system,” Bill said, according to the Montreal Gazette.

“And yet it’s still Canada. And I just think that you can model the idea that you can become more diverse and still keep your culture and your values. It’s really very good for a modern economy. The United States will have to return to that if it expects to play a positive role in the future.”

Obama Claims Credit for Record U.S. Oil Production

Former President Barack Hussein Obama desperately claimed sole responsibility for America’s record oil and gas production. While leaning back in his chair, Obama told a crowd at Rice University’s Baker Institute, “That was me, people.” No, we’re not kidding. He bragged: And that whole, suddenly America’s like, the biggest oil producer and the biggest gas – that was me, people…” Yes, Obama actually uttered those words. Somehow he’s conveniently forgotten that he tried desperately to regulate fracking, insisted on not approving the Keystone Pipeline from Canada, banned drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, and refused to allow exportation of liquid natural gas. Yep, our oil boom was all Obama’s work, folks. Thanks so much, Barry!

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

On Tuesday night, former President Barack Obama made a claim that was so transparently false and self-aggrandizing that it staggers the imagination just to think of the arrogance and audacity of the man. Speaking before a crowd at Rice University’s Baker Institute, which was celebrating its 25th anniversary, Obama claimed he was responsible for America’s surge to become the top oil and gas producer in the world, saying, “That was me, people.”

Leaning back in his chair, Obama pontificated:

I was extraordinarily proud of the Paris Accords because, look, I know, I know we’re an oil country and we need American energy, and by the way American energy production. You wouldn’t always know it, but it went up every year I was president. And that whole, suddenly America’s like, the biggest oil producer and the biggest gas — that was me, people, I just wanted you to … so … so … it’s a little like sometimes you go to Wall Street and folks’ll be grumbling about anti-business and I said, “Have you checked where your stocks were when I came into office, where they are now?

Dems: Climate Change “Not Debatable”

With the newly released 1,656-page National Climate Assessment in hand, Democrats are throwing down the gauntlet in their championing of “climate change” (aka global warming) with their new House majority in January. The report purportedly demonstrates that “many lines of independent evidence demonstrate that the rapid warming of the past half-century is due primarily to human activities,” and Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-FL) is now claiming, “Climate change is not debatable, and no region of our country and no sector of our economy will be spared.” He continued: “While the Trump administration and congressional Republicans continue to deny that climate change exists, Democrats will use our new House Majority to take aggressive action to reduce climate pollution and help communities build their resilience to the impacts of climate change.” So a bunch of bureaucrats got together and spent a bunch of taxpayer dollars to argue what they had already been arguing: raise taxes. Funny how that works.

Here’s more from PJ Media…

WASHINGTON — Democrats vowed that they’ll use their new House majority next year to force action on climate change in the wake of a new report from 13 federal agencies that paints a bleak picture of the current and expected effects of global warming.

The National Climate Assessment released Friday is an interagency effort including more than 300 experts guided by a 60-member federal advisory committee. The report was then subjected to peer review and studied by federal agencies and a panel of the National Academy of Sciences.

“Climate change, once considered an issue for a distant future, has moved firmly into the present,” began the report’s introduction. “…This National Climate Assessment concludes that the evidence of human-induced climate change continues to strengthen and that impacts are increasing across the country. Americans are noticing changes all around them. Summers are longer and hotter, and extended periods of unusual heat last longer than any living American has ever experienced. Winters are generally shorter and warmer. Rain comes in heavier downpours.”

Twitter Targets Feminist Trans Opponents

The Left is eating its own after Meghan Murpher, founder of the Feminist Current website and podcast and a self-described socialist and radical feminist, was banned by Twitter because she dared to criticize the transgender movement. In 2017 Murphy testified before the Canadian Senate that “the rights of women and girls are being pushed aside to accommodate a [transgender] trend.” Murphy was banned several times by Twitter in the wake of those comments until she removed “hateful” tweets, such as asking “How are transwomen not men? What is the difference between men and transwomen?” In other words, she dared to question the notion of transgender dogma. Now most recently she is locked out of Twitter for arguing the obvious-“men aren’t women”-which got more than 20,000 likes before her handle was shut down. We’re having difficulty with our schadenfreude this week.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

Meghan Murphy, founder of the Feminist Current website and podcast, has been suspended from Twitter.

Murphy, a self-described socialist and radical feminist, has been an outspoken critic of the transgender activist movement, claiming that it has an outsized sociopolitical influence, especially in her native Canada.

In 2017, Murphy testified before the Canadian Senate against the C-16 pronoun legislation, stating in part that “the rights of women and girls are being pushed aside to accommodate a trend,” and that “treating gender as though it is either internal or a personal choice is dangerous and completely misunderstands how and why women are oppressed under patriarchy as a class of people.”

In August, Murphy’s Twitter account was locked after she sent out several tweets criticizing Lisa Kreut, a transgender individual who allegedly “targeted Feminist Current’s ad revenue and led efforts to have Vancouver Rape Relief blacklisted at the 2016 BCFED Convention.”

Trump: ‘Time for Action’ for Wall Funding

President Trump used Thanksgiving vacation to underscore the need for border security legislation. POTUS took to Twitter to argue, “Fix the order, for one and for all, NOW!” He told reporters that a partial shutdown could happing if his border security proposals are resisted. The migrants push along the border with Mexico is pouring gasoline on the fire of the debate over a wall. Our bet is on Democrats in the House to stonewall [pun intended], setting up the 2020 fight.

Here’s more from Breitbart…

President Donald Trump urged Republicans and Democrats to come together to pass border security legislation.
“After 40 years of talk, it is finally time for action,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Fix the Border, for once and for all, NOW!”

The president indicated that he wants the package to include funding for his long-promised wall on the southern border.

On Thanksgiving, Trump told reporters that a partial government shutdown over security funding may happen if Democrats continue to resist his border security proposals.

“The wall is just a part of border security, a very important part, the most important part,” he said. “But could there be a shutdown? There certainly could, and it will be about border security.”

Caravan Guns for the Border

About 150 migrants from the Central American caravan charged the U.S.-Mexico border toting signs that read, “La paz y Dios” within 500 feet of American soil. The white signs were purportedly intended to signify peace. The response came after President Trump closed the border in order to better secure it against the caravan’s determined charged. The question in the coming days is whether Mexico will be able to control security inside their own country. We’re betting not.

Here’s more from Fox News

A group of about 150 migrants carrying white flags that read, “La paz y Dios,” or “Peace and God are With Us,” separated from the larger caravan near Southern California and inched within 500 feet of the U.S., a report Thursday said.

The migrants said they are carrying the white flags to show that they are peaceful, and will attempt to present themselves as asylum seekers near Baja, Calif., The San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

President Trump on Thursday threatened to close the border with Mexico if his administration determines that Mexico has lost control of the situation. The Union-Tribune reported that Mexican federal police held a barrier near a pedestrian crossing and urged the migrants to apply for jobs in Tijuana. Police claimed there are thousands of jobs in the city. Federal police were dressed in riot gear and prevented the caravan from getting closer to the U.S.

Carlos Lopez, a Honduran who was leading the small group, told the paper that the conditions in Mexico are horrible. He said there are sick children and women and children are forced to remain outside in the elements.

Kasich Sells Out in Hopes of 2020 White House Bid

John Kasich appears to have lost all sense of priority after telling reporters that he will veto the “heartbeat bill” and “stand your ground” legislation. This follows his decision against a “heartbeat bill” in 2016 that would have banned abortions once a heartbeat was detected. Further, Kasich’s stance against Stand Your Ground only compounds his 1990s vote in favor of banning “assault weapons” as a member of the House of Representatives. Yet, Kasich still views himself as a strong presidential candidate going into 2020, arguing: “I mean, all options are on the table. And the question is, ultimately, can I have a very positive impact on the country?” We can save you the time, John. No.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

On Monday, John Kasich, who has been trying desperately to remain on the national radar, took another step toward abandoning conservative principles, telling reporters he would veto both the “heartbeat bill” and “stand your ground” legislation.

Kasich already vetoed the “heartbeat bill” in 2016; it would have banned abortions once a baby’s heartbeat was detected, but he insisted that even if he signed the bill, it would later be overturned, asserting, “The State of Ohio will be the losing party in that lawsuit and will be forced to cover the legal fees for the pro-choice activists’ lawyers. Therefore, this veto is in the public interest.” The bill states, “If it has been determined that the unborn human individual the pregnant woman is carrying has a detectable fetal heartbeat, the physician who is to perform or induce the abortion shall comply with the informed consent requirements in section 2919.194 of the Revised Code in addition to complying with the informed consent requirements in divisions (B)(1), (2), (4), and (5) of this section.”

Oval Office ‘Needs Fumigated’

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) didn’t hold back in letting his true thoughts be known that the White House needed to be “fumigated” following Kanye West’s visit. According to a PJ Media report, the member of the House Committee on Financial Services is “even more concerned” about Russia following Matthew Whitaker’s replacement of Jeff Sessions. Please, Rep. Cleaver, tell us how you really feel. So much for Democrats being the party of racial healing.

Here’s more from PJ Media…

WASHINGTON – Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway pushed back on news reports suggesting that President Trump is going to replace White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, calling the information “very thinly sourced, if at all.”

“I have no news to report and I do find the outsized, overwrought non-coverage coverage of personnel in this White House has been mostly fantastical more than fact-based over time,” Conway said during Yahoo Finance’s All Markets Summit last week.

Conway was asked about her husband, George Conway, who argued in a New York Times op-ed that Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker’s appointment is unconstitutional. Conway, an attorney, often posts tweets critical of the Trump administration.

“Should we ask you what your husband’s opinion is on things? That’s fascinating. Anyway, so people disagree about the Constitution every day, that’s why we have a circuit court system, that’s why we have a United States Supreme Court.

Brenda Snipes Resigns

Hours after another Florida recount on her watch, Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes finally put in her letter of resignation. Snipes did not even pretend to tender an apology for her role in the recent midterms recount highlights, which included “found” ballots, compromised ballots, and missed deadlines. Instead, she said she wanted to “spend more time with her family.” It’s funny how priorities are priorities when it’s personal, but when one’s public office demands priorities, they slip through leftist cracks.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes has finally decided to move on after another botched election — the latest in a long string of mishaps that have colored her 15-year career as the Florida county’s top election official.

Just hours after completing yet another recount, Snipes submitted her resignation by letter, Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office, told the Sun Sentinel.

Evelyn Perez-Verdia, a former office spokeswoman who left several years ago, said Sunday evening she was told by people in the office that the letter was sent “to Tallahassee” earlier in the day. Norris-Weeks said she saw an early draft of the letter. In the version she saw, she said Snipes, 75, expressed a desire to spend more time with her family.

Snipes came under fire after the county had numerous problems after the mid-term election on November 6, including missing a Thursday deadline for a recount in the Florida Senate race won by Republican Rick Scott.
