Rubio Sounds Alarm over Florida Election Fraud

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is crying foul over the mainstream media’s apparent willingness to move on from signs of fraud in the Florida recount. “No evidence of fraud in #FloridaElection?” tweeted Rubio. “Dems got voters to use altered forms to fix & submit as many mail ballots as possible after FL deadline in hopes that a judge would later order state to count them. Today that’s exactly what a federal judge did.” Now that it appears increasingly likely that Democrats Bill Nelson and Andrew Gillum will still lose despite their bogus recount strategy, a federal judge ordered a “hand count” of the ballots even after the Naples Daily News detailed how Democrats were deliberately given altered absentee ballots in the hopes of triggering a hand recount. Florida has officially entered Banana Republic territory.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

With the machine recounts finished — reportedly resulting in a net gain for Republican Rick Scott of 41 votes, putting him ahead of Bill Nelson by 12,603 votes, and a one-vote gain for Democrat Andrew Gillum, which leaves him still trailing Ron DeSantis by 33,683 votes — and the hand recounts underway, Republican Sen. Marco Rubio sounded the alarm over potential voter fraud by Democrat officials.

“No evidence of fraud in #FloridaElection?” wrote Rubio in a post Thursday. “Dems got voters to use altered forms to fix & submit as many mail ballots as possible after FL deadline in hopes that a judge would later order state to count them. Today that’s exactly what a federal judge did.”

Rubio linked to a story by the Naples Daily News, which detailed an effort by Democrats to swing the election outcome by giving Democrat voters altered absentee ballots with the hopes of getting a judge to admit them.

Florida Judge Extends Recount Deadline

U.S. District Court judge Mark Walker (nominated by former president Barack Obama in 2012) has extended the recount period for the Nelson-Scott race for the U.S. Senate seat as well as those for governor and agricultural commissioner. The deadline slated for 3 p.m. Thursday was moved to Saturday at 5 p.m. as an alleged courtesy for voters whose votes were not counted due to “signature problems.” Walker stated, “The precise issue in this case is whether Florida’s law that allows county election officials to reject vote-by-mail and provisional ballots for mismatched signatures – with no standards, an illusory process to cure, and no process to challenge the rejection – passes constitutional muster. The answer is simple. It does not.” In other words, this is a leftist ruse to steal an election. Typical.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

On Thursday, a federal judge in Tallahassee threw yet another wrench into the process of finalizing the vote tallies in the battle for Florida’s U.S. Senate seat between incumbent Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson and GOP Gov. Rick Scott. As the 3 p.m. deadline approached for counties to report the results of a machine recount in the races for the Nelson-Scott race, as well as the elections for governor and agriculture commissioner, U.S. District Court judge Mark Walker, who was nominated to the U.S. District Court by former president Barack Obama in 2012, extended the deadline to Saturday at 5 p.m. for voters whose votes weren’t tabulated due to signature problems.

Scott leads Nelson by 12,652 votes while GOP governor nominee Ron DeSantis leads Democratic nominee Andrew Gillum by 33,633 votes.

The Orlando Sentinel reports, “According to state data presented during a five-hour hearing Wednesday, with 47 of the 67 counties reporting, there were 3,781 ballots rejected for mismatched signatures, including 467 in Orange County.”

Snipes “Found Ballots” in 2012 Too

As if finding belated ballots by the thousands after the polls closed and banning independent oversight in the recount process wasn’t fishy enough, the “ballot finding” record of Broward County’s Brenda Snipes has a long history. In an exclusive interview with Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers, Breitbart News Tonight learned that Snipes also “found ballots” following the 2012 election. Snipes was sued for opening ballots and alleging a slow ballot counting process in which new ballots were mysteriously inserted into the count. So the obvious question is why in the most populous county in the state of Florida does Brenda Snipes still have a job.

Here’s more from Breitbart…

Broward County, Florida election official Brenda Snipes — who is continuing to find new ballots in the recent statewide midterm elections for Governor and the U.S. Senate — was previously accused of finding ballots after an election in 2012.
Government Accountability Insititute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers exclusively told SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight‘s Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour that Snipes allegedly “found ballots” following an election in 2012.
Eggers said:

She’s also been accused of illegally opening ballots. The Florida GOP sued her for this and when they brought her to court, they said ‘Hey, your office is opening ballots outside the presence of the canvassing board … what’s your explanation?’ And again, the woman in charge of elections in Florida’s second most populous county argued she thought it was okay because her office didn’t understand the meaning of the word ‘canvassing.’

Broward County Ballot Stuffer “Forced From Office”

According to a Politico report, Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is expected to be “forced from office” after a judge determined she violated Florida elections law, including mixing invalidated ballots into legitimate results as well as introducing thousands of “found” ballots. “Counting unlawful votes. Destroying ballots. Sunshine Law violations. Busted deadlines,” Politico’s Marc Caputo writes. “So many controversies have bedeviled Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes – culminating in her office’s troubles in the aftermath of Florida’s chaotic 2018 elections – that her days in office are now numbered, insiders and lawmakers say.” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) called Snipes’ office “the most troubled elections office in the nation.” Unfortunately, she’s still in charge of counting ballots in critical races for governor and the U.S. Senate.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

After a judge found her to have violated Florida elections law and amid reports of more highly suspicious actions by her office, the supervisor of elections for Broward County, Brenda Snipes, is expected to be “forced from office” by either Gov. Rick Scott or governor-elect Ron DeSantis, Politico reports.

“Counting unlawful votes. Destroying ballots. Sunshine Law violations. Busted deadlines,” Politico’s Marc Caputo writes. “So many controversies have bedeviled Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes — culminating in her office’s troubles in the aftermath of Florida’s chaotic 2018 elections — that her days in office are now numbered, insiders and lawmakers say.”

Even Snipes’ fellow Democrats have begun to abandon her amid her increasingly indefensible mishandling of the count, which has already resulted in a judge finding her in violation of Florida election law, Snipes’ office accidentally mixing invalidated ballots into legitimate results, and a suspicious series of reports of “found” ballots and illegally transported ballots.

Truck Caught on Video Moving Ballots Overnight in Florida

More than two days after Tuesday’s midterm election ballots are still being found in Broward County, Florida, and being trucked under the oversight of Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has even waded into the fray, sharing a video on social media that “purports to show Broward County ballots being transported from polling places in private cars.” Another video shows ballots being transferred to a rental truck with a lack of transparency and clear “control” of the integrity of the ballots in a race that has now dwindled from a lead of 57,000 votes to a mere 15,000 with 15,000 “new” votes coincidentally found since election night according to Gov. Rick Scott. This takes vote fraud to a galactic level. We’re keeping tabs on this story.

Here’s more from BPR…

While the midterm elections took lace on Tuesday, the outcome in Florida is being held hostage by two Democrat-run counties that can’t count straight.

In what proved to be a slow drip, the results of Tuesday’s election was being altered as Broward and Palm Beach counties were still finding ballots two days later, and a tight lead by Republicans in the Senate and gubernatorial races continued to shrink.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott, who defeated incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson by nearly 60,000 votes saw that lead drop all the way down to just over 15,000 votes, and Ron DeSantis saw his lead over media darling Andrew Gillum in the gubernatorial race shrink to 36,333 — enough to trigger a recount.

Rubio Warning: Dems Trying to Steal Election

Sen. Marco Rubio is blasting Florida’s Broward County Supervisor of Elections for apparent misconduct in tallying Florida’s votes with the mysterious appearance of thousands of ballots after the race was called and the rejection of independent oversight of the recount. Rubio argues it’s part of a concerted effort to “change the results” of the election from Republican Ron DeSantis as governor to progressive socialist Andrew Gillum. Further adding to the questionable credulity is that a lawyer tied to the Democratic National Committee AND Fusion GPS (see the Steele Dossier) is involved in the recount. Let that sink in for a minute. Stay tuned…

Here’s more from BPR…

Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is warning that the fate of his state’s governorship could hang in the hands of Florida’s Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes, whom he’s called incompetent for violating state and federal laws. A liberal candidate similarly painted her as incompetent and corrupt.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum initially conceded the Florida race to Republican Ron DeSantis, but backtracked after vote totals changed Thursday, narrowing the gap to less than half a percent in both the gubernatorial and senatorial races. Broward County is often the slowest of the state’s 67 counties to count votes, and its election department has repeatedly been faulted for wrongdoing.

Now, Perkins Coie lawyer Marc Elias has been enlisted in a recount effort. Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson is retaining Elias, who said it’s “not plausible” that, as Broward statistics suggest, 14,000 people voted in sometimes-obscure state-level races but left the Senate one blank.

Florida Recount Redux: New Votes Mysteriously “Found”

The Republican Senate gains from Tuesday night’s election are suddenly in question with two races now in critical recounts and appearing to track Left. With the fight for Arizona’s U.S. Senate seat up for grabs, the ongoing count has led to progressive Democrat candidate Kyrsten Sinema taking a 9,600 vote lead over declared Republican winner U.S. Air Force veteran Martha McSally. Meanwhile, in Florida, Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott is crying foul over “rampant fraud” as election officials in two super blue counties magically “found” ballots exceeding their own official number of voters 48 hours after the polls closed. Further raising eyebrows, the belated ballots have come with the rejection by those election authorities of any independent oversight in the recount. For some strange reason, this feels like deja vu all over again.

Here’s more from Fox News…

A midterm election season that appeared quite settled Tuesday night has suddenly entered a bitterly contested overtime, with Arizona’s Senate candidates locked in a tight race and trading the lead as votes trickle in – and Florida reprising its 2000 role as the center of a ballot-counting brawl complete with armies of lawyers and allegations of local corruption.

In Arizona, Democratic candidate Kyrsten Sinema suddenly took a narrow 9,600-vote lead over GOP opponent Martha McSally late Thursday, with some 400,000 votes left to count in a closely watched race that will determine the size and influence of the Republican Senate majority in January.

That was after McSally had consistently led Sinema since Election Day, and was ahead by 17,000 votes as of early Thursday.

Knee-jerk Dems Announce Imminent Trump Subpoena

In less than 24 hours after winning back control of the House Tuesday night, Democrats wasted no time in making clear their priorities come January when they officially take over the lower chamber: investigating President Trump’s personal financial records. Rep. Richard Neal (D-MA) explicitly detailed to MSNBC that he will use his promotion as House Ways and Means Committee chairman to get the job done even if it requires a subpoena or updating direct records from the IRS. We actually invited this. Democrats hell-bent on taking down Donald Trump, along with their complicit pals in the left wing media, will play right into Trump’s hands ahead of 2020. Pelosi will allow herself to be painted as a partisan extremist, which could likely push even more voters into the Trump camp.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

Democrats had barely wrested control of the House Tuesday night when they demanded President Donald Trump turn over his tax returns. Wednesday morning, Democrats declared that investigating Trump’s personal financial records would be the first item on their agenda come January.

Democratic Representative Richard Neal (MA) told MSNBC Tuesday night that he plans on using his newfound power as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee to force the President to turn over his tax returns, and that he’ll subpoena the records if necessary.

Pelosi: Dems Should Win the House So Nobody Gets Hurt

In typical hypocritical form, leftwing mob boss Nancy Pelosi clearly forgot about having blasted President Trump for his “fighting” words. In an appearance on The Colbert Report, Pelosi made clear that there can be a de-escalation…but only if Democrats win the House. When Colbert challenge her on evidence of “lowering the temperature” of political discourse, Pelosi left-splained, “Because when we do win, we will have, as we open the new Congress, we will honor the vows of our founders, E pluribus unum, from many one. It’s OK to disagree in the marketplace of ideas…but it is also important to find solutions that unify and not divide.” Maybe Pelosi should be given her own comedy show; the irony is hilarious.

Here’s more from Hot Air…

You guys, it’s not a mob! But… it might be if Democrats don’t take back the House on Tuesday. That appears to be the message that Nancy Pelosi was sending when she showed up on Stephen Colbert’s show. When discussing the Democrats’ chances for retaking the House majority (and possibly even the Senate), Colbert asked the former Speaker if there was any sign that the “political temperature” in the country might be lowering. Her response didn’t require much imagination to interpret. Sure, we can lower the temperature. But only if we get what we want.

The California congresswoman made her pitch this week during an interview with CBS’ Stephen Colbert, who pointed to recent discussions about “lowering the temperature of political discourse.” He asked whether she had seen “evidence of that.”

“Well, I think when we win, you will see evidence of that,” Pelosi responded. “Because when we do win, we will have, as we open the new Congress, we will honor the vows of our founders, E pluribus unum, from many one. It’s OK to disagree in the marketplace of ideas, that’s exciting, but it is also important to find solutions that unify and not divide.”

Warren Surprised by Kavanaugh Ethics Complaints

Chalk one up for Republican challenger Geoff Diehl, who took incumbent U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts by surprise with his mid-debate newsbreak to the sitting senator that an ethics complaint had been filed against her on Monday. The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) sent the complaint, saying Warren fund-raised off her mainstage role in the Kavanaugh confirmation chaos. “Senator Warren was fund-raising illegally using the vote on Justice Kavanaugh, the confirmation vote, to try to raise money for her campaigns,” Diehl said. After her brief deer-in-the-headlights moment, the potential 2020 contender attempted to deflect, but the debate moderators refused to let her off the hook. “The fund-raising while the vote was being taken on the Kavanaugh hearing – did you or did you not do that?” Warren finally admitted, “Actually, I don’t know.” Kudos to Warren for not digging her hole even deeper. Nevertheless, she can kiss her White House bid good-bye.

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

In a rather remarkable moment in a U.S. Senate debate in Massachusetts Tuesday, Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren learned for the first time that an ethics complaint has been filed against her for having fundraised off of Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings.

The presidential hopeful senator was first informed of the complaint by her Republican challenger Geoff Diehl in a moment highlighted by The Washington Free Beacon.

“Senator Warren was fundraising illegally using the vote on Justice Kavanaugh, the confirmation vote, to try to raise money for her campaigns,” Diehl said.

Warren, who maintained a blank look on her face when Diehl first cited the complaint, attempted to side-step the issue by asking Diehl to name a time that he criticized Trump after he made dismissive remarks about Christine Blasey Ford’s uncorroborated allegations.
